Welcome

Tracy Toastmasters are always on the lookout for new members. Guests are welcome at our weekly club meetings and encouraged to participate in order to sample what it means to be a Toastmasters member.

We want you to feel comfortable during our meeting and would be delighted if you chose to attend. We understand you may be nervous as a first-time visitor (virtually all of us were nervous when we attended our first meeting), but we want you to feel you are among friends. We invite you to attend and participate, but we won't ask you to do anything you would feel uncomfortable with.

Your attendance and participation in Tracy Toastmasters could prove to be one of the best investments you could make; an investment in yourself! Through Toastmasters you can become successful and confident, the person you want to be. By actively participating in the Tracy Toastmasters club you will learn to:
  • Organize your thoughts and present them clearly and confidently
  • Listen to others carefully and critically
  • Think and react quickly
  • Be a leader
Most importantly, you will learn these skills in a positive, friendly, and supportive environment. You will have fun, meet new people and increase your self-confidence and self-esteem. Your growth and success can continue for a lifetime.

How to Join

Simply attend one of our weekly meetings and we'll hand you a short membership application form. At that time we can explain how the club works and answer any questions you may have.

Most people find it convenient and practical to attend a few meetings to see how the club functions before making a decision to apply for membership.

If you find that you are unable to attend the Tracy club meetings there are other Toastmasters clubs in nearby cities may meet at a time and location better suited to your schedule.
